Calvary Impact Team Members and Parents of Team Members:

Things are really beginning to move on the Mexico and El Salvador trips.  We are confirmed into both locations, so please continue to pray for our teams.  I have attached a team list for each trip.  I am very excited about the individuals who have decided to make a commitment to the process.  I know the Lord will have His way on these trips.

I have also attached a database to be completed.  It is works database which I the form I prefer if it is possible.  In the event you do not have “Works”, please use a Word database and I will convert it.  Works is a more simple mail merge for this non-tech brain of mine! Please return the DB to me as soon as possible so we can prepare letters.  If you can get it in this week, that would be great. For team mebers who have been on trips in the past, I will forward your database within the next day for you to edit and return.

Every team member should be getting their passport.  This is vital to leave the country, so please do not wait.

All deposits are due now.  We are looking for great deals on plane tickets and posting trip deposits.  Please turn in the deposit this week.

All of the first batch of paperwork should be turned in by now.  If it is not, please do so as soon as possible.

Here is a quick checklist on the above:

·         Pray
·         Mailing List Names
·         Passport application
·         Trip Deposit of $200 per person
·         All of the initial set of paperwork

Please continue to pray and prepare.  Here is a verse for us to use and pray about as we prepare:

2 Peter 1:2-11

 3According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
 4Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
 5And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
 6And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
 7And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
 8For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
 9But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
 10Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
 11For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Blessings,
John Wallace
