SCHEDULE OF FEES AND TUITION

REGISTRATION FEE: An initial $75.00 per student registration fee along with the appropriate book fees will hold a new student's space for the next school year. The following refund policy will apply to registration fees, book fees, and tuition: Registration fees are nonrefundable in all situations. Book fees are refundable until April 1st unless a family shows evidence of a job transfer outside the geographic area prior to June 1st and requests a refund in writing. There will be no refund of tuition paid in July and August for students who are enrolled, but are then withdrawn prior to the beginning of school. A two month early withdraw penalty will be assessed for students who withdraw prior to the end of the school year unless there is a documented job transfer outside the area. These assessments are made in consideration of the obligations that the school has taken on in behalf of the student upon enrollment.

BOOK FEES:

  • K4 and K5 $100.00
  • 1st-8th Grade $ 200.00
  • 9th-12th Grade $275.00

Book fees include all workbooks and readers. Workbooks are property of each student, while readers and hard back text books remain property of Calvary Christian School. Loss of hardback text books will result in the replacement cost being charged to a parent's school account.

LATE REGISTRATION FEES: Currently enrolled students who register after March 1 and new families to the school who register after February 28, will be have a $100 late fee added to their registration.

*Please note that electronic funds transfer from a checking or savings account is the only means (other than annual) of paying tuition for the 2012-2013 school year.

 

Prepayment Discount: Families making an advance annual payment by March 1st may deduct 2% from all fees except the Book and Registration Fee. Families making an advance annual payment by May 1st may deduct 1% from all fees except the Book and Registration Fee and Late Registration Fee.

 

 

MULTIPLE STUDENT DISCOUNT:

 

The following discounts will be applyied to tuition and daycare fees for enrolling more than one student at Calvary Christian School:

(All lunches $3.75 each on a daily buy basis. No refunds for missed school days on an annual contract.)  Books of 10 lunch tickets are available for $37.50 on an “on demand” basis.

 

SCHOLARSHIP DONATION

 

Calvary Christian School is a non-profit ministry that seeks to meet the needs of families in many different situations.  All registered families are encouraged to consider adding an amount to their normal monthly payment to help us better serve those who are can not afford the normal tuition rates which we charge.  The donations are tax deductible, and a tax receipt will be issued at the end of each calendar year.
